What You’ll Do

• Orchestrate the Founder’s calendar, communication, travel, and priorities across two companies
• Drive project tracking, investor meeting prep, and cross-team execution
• Coordinate between investment and AI teams with autonomy and follow-through
• Bring structure to chaos, anticipate roadblocks, and clear bottlenecks
• Manage high-stakes work with discretion, context, and speed

What We’re Looking For

• 10 years supporting a Founder, CXO, or similar high-leverage role
• Experience in finance/tech/startups is a plus — mindset matters more than title
• Sharp written and verbal communication, digital fluency, EQ, and adaptability
• Bias for action, ownership, and solution-oriented thinking
• Comfort with multitasking and fast-changing environments
