The role involves managing email Inbox, Whatsapp Messaging, process coordination, Excel-based operations, scheduling, and day-to-day coordination. The ideal candidate is **mature, well-settled, fluent in spoken English, and looking for a long-term association** with a growing organization. ### **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage and organize CEO’s emails, ensuring timely follow-ups and replies. * Coordinate Daily / Weekly / Monthly meetings with Team Members on operational Goals. * Prepare and maintain data reports using **Excel**. * Draft and manage correspondence, documents, and presentations. * Conduct online research and handle general office coordination. * Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communication. ### **Requirements:** * Graduate in any discipline. * Proficiency in **MS Excel, Word, Outlook**, and internet tools. * Strong **English communication skills** (spoken & written). * Excellent organizational and time-management skills. * Stable, committed, and looking for **a long-term role**. * Prior experience assisting senior management or leadership preferred.
