We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our Partner. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted right-hand, managing schedules, coordinating communications, and ensuring smooth operations of day-to-day activities.
● Assist the Partner in Business Planning and Strategy Execution across centers.
● Timely, accurate and error free delivery of any project / activity
● Manage and organize the Partner’s calendar, meetings, and appointments efficiently.
● Capturing key action points from every meeting and ensuring its timely
completion.
● Analyzing daily MAPA reports.
● Taking up cross functional projects for improving business efficiency.
● Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, and documents for meetings.
● Coordinate and communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the Partner.
● Handle travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, and logistics.
● Maintain confidential files, documents, and information with discretion.
● Assist in professional tasks as required to ensure the Partner’s priorities are met.
● Act as a liaison between the Partner and other team members to streamline workflow.
● Monitor emails and communications, drafting responses when necessary.
● Conduct research, compile data, and prepare summaries for decision-making purposes.
● Handle and manage the Partner’s social media platforms, including content coordination and updates.
● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
● 0-2 years of experience preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
● Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
● Proficient in written and verbal communication.
●Proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, MS Office, and project management platforms.
● Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
● High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential matters.]
