Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attending Telephone Calls
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Handle email correspondence and draft communications on behalf of executives.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting notes.
  • Administrative Support
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations.
  • Track deadlines, follow up on action items, and ensure timely completion.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
  • Strategic Support
  • Anticipate needs and proactively resolve issues before they arise.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace
  • Ability to work independently, maintain discretion
  • Proficiency in Hindi preferred (spoken)
