Team Coordination: Manage interns, assign tasks, track performance. Campus Outreach: Build & maintain relationships with college clubs, placement cells, and ambassadors. Content Pipeline: Oversee creation & scheduling of LinkedIn/Instagram content. Client Experience: Ensure smooth delivery of services to students and colleges. 🔍 What We’re Looking For: 1–3 years of work experience in startups, ops, marketing, or program management Strong communication & coordination skills (Hindi/Tamil/Kannada + English) Self-starter mindset – bias for action, speed, and ownership Comfortable with WhatsApp, Google Sheets, Canva, LinkedIn, etc. Past experience handling interns or junior teams is a bonus 🚀 Why Join Us?
