We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our senior leadership team in driving key initiatives and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives.
• Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
• Draft, review, and manage official correspondence, reports, and presentations.
• Handle travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics for domestic and international trips.
• Act as a liaison between management and internal/external stakeholders.
• Ensure confidentiality of sensitive business and employee information.
• Track projects, manage follow-ups, and support in decision-making processes.
• Oversee day-to-day office operations and assist with priority tasks as needed.

Key Requirements

• Graduate in Business Administration or a related field.
• 4–5 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant / Secretary.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to work under pressure, maintain professionalism, and handle confidential matters.
