Job Description

This is primarily a short form video content creation role, but we’re looking for someone who also understands content creation for overall social media — reels, shorts, carousels, and campaigns.💡 Bonus: Familiarity with AI-powered content creation tools will be a big plus.

Key Responsibilities

📱 Content Creation

Repurpose raw footage, testimonials, and workshop clips into engaging content.
Collaborate on Canva-based posts, stories, and carousels.
Suggest trending formats & hooks to boost engagement.

🎬 Video Editing

Edit content to develop reels, shorts, interviews, and promotional clips for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube.
Add captions, transitions, effects, and optimize for platform formats.

🤖 AI Content Creation

Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, etc.) for scripting hooks, captions, and post copy.
Experiment with AI-based video/graphic tools (Runway, OpenAI audio, Canva AI, nano banana) to speed up workflows.
Stay updated on AI + content trends and suggest creative experiments.

📈 Content Strategy Support

Work with the team to plan a monthly content calendar.
Track performance of posts and recommend & implement improvements.

What We’re Looking For

We are not looking for perfection but the will to learn and grow with the brand
1–2 years of experience in video editing + social media content creation (internship or freelance counts).
Skilled with Premiere Pro, Final Cut, After Effects, Canva, CapCut, clipchamp.
Strong sense of storytelling, timing, and audience engagement.
Exposure to AI tools for content creation (OpenAI, nano banana, veo 3, etc.).
Basic understanding of social media growth (Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts).
Bonus: Graphic design or copywriting skills.

Compensation

Salary Range: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000/month (depending on experience & skills).
