Social Media Content Creator

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and creative Content Creator to join our agency. The role requires strong expertise in designing and producing engaging digital content for diverse clients, primarily hospitals, schools, colleges, manufacturing companies, and retail businesses. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in creating impactful social media content, reels, and long-form videos, with a portfolio that demonstrates both creativity and effectiveness. Familiarity with AI tools for content generation and editing is expected.

Duties

• Design high-quality social media posts tailored to client needs using Canva, Photoshop, and related tools.
• Create engaging short-form content such as reels optimized for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.
• Produce professional long-form client videos with strong narrative and visual quality.
• Edit videos using Premiere Pro, After Effects, and CapCut to deliver polished and engaging results.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their brand voice and objectives, ensuring alignment in all content produced.
• Utilize AI-powered tools for content ideation, design, and efficiency where applicable.
• Adapt content strategies to fit client industries including healthcare, education, retail, and manufacturing.
• Stay updated on content trends, platform updates, and best practices for social media growth.
• Maintain consistency in branding, tone, and quality across all deliverables.

Requirements

• Proven experience in content creation with a strong portfolio of social media posts, reels, and video projects.
• Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and CapCut.
• Familiarity with AI-driven tools for creative workflows.
• Understanding of digital marketing and social media engagement strategies.
• Strong editing and storytelling skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects across different industries and deliver on deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with clients and internal teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹23.00 - ₹27.70 per hour
