With a growing network of student marketers, we’re building India’s most student-driven consulting brand — and we need a results-focused sales professional to help us expand.

What You’ll Do

:Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify, research, and connect with colleges, student communities, and B2B partners to pitch our workshops and services.Client Acquisition: Develop and manage a sales pipeline to convert leads into paying clients, including colleges, training partners, and individual students.Revenue Growth: Drive sales of resume reviews, LinkedIn audits, and group training packages; meet and exceed monthly sales targets.Partnership Development: Build long-term relationships with college clubs, placement cells, training committees, and HR leaders.Reporting & Follow-Up: Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, meetings, and conversions; share weekly updates on progress and pipeline health.

What We’re Looking For:

0-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships, preferably in edtech, training, or early-stage startupsStrong communication skills in EnglishHunter mentality: you thrive on hitting numbers, closing deals, and building your own funnelOrganized and comfortable using tools like LinkedIn, Google Sheets, and WhatsApp for sales communicationPrior experience selling to colleges or training institutes is a plus
