Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


Executive Support:


· Manage executives' calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.

· Screen and prioritize incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.

· Prepare agendas, presentations, and other materials for executive meetings and engagements.

· Conduct research and gather information to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.


Strategic Planning:


· Assist in the development and implementation of strategic plans and initiatives.

· Coordinate with various departments and stakeholders to gather data and insights for strategic analysis.

· Help prioritize projects and allocate resources effectively to meet strategic objectives.

· Monitor progress on strategic goals and provide regular updates to executives.

 

Project Management:


· Oversee and coordinate projects on behalf of the executive team, ensuring timely completion and alignment with strategic priorities.

· Track project milestones, budgets, and deliverables, providing status reports as needed.

· Anticipate potential risks and proactively address issues to keep projects on track.


Communication and Liaison:


· Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professional and diplomatic communication.

· Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of executives.

· Facilitate communication within the executive team and across departments to ensure alignment on key initiatives.


Confidentiality and Discretion:


· Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.

· Maintain strict confidentiality regarding executive decisions, discussions, and proprietary information.

· Exercise judgment and tact in all communications and interactions.


Education and Experience

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.

· Proven experience 10 years as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting senior executives.

· Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

· Proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).

· Discretion and confidentiality are paramount.

· Experience in strategic planning, project management, or business analysis is a plus.
