As we scale, we’re looking for a world-class Executive Assistant who can act as the Founder’s right hand — enabling speed, structure, efficiency, and calm across all operations.
The Executive Assistant will manage and optimise the Founder’s day-to-day workflow, communication, scheduling, coordination, and follow-through.
This is not a routine admin role — it requires high emotional intelligence, impeccable attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.
You will operate as a force multiplier, ensuring the Founder stays focused on strategy, partnerships, and client experience while you run everything around it smoothly.

An ideal EA for Evora Journeys is:
Extremely organised and structured — loves systems and checklists
Excellent communicator — English fluency is a must
Emotionally intelligent — knows how to read situations and respond gracefully
Detail-obsessed — small mistakes bother you
Tech-comfortable — CRM, calendar apps, travel portals, documentation tools
Proactive and anticipatory — thinks two steps ahead
Discreet — understands confidentiality with UHNW clients
Calm under pressure — handles last-minute changes with maturity
3–7 years experience supporting founders, CXOs, or UHNW individuals
Strong written & verbal communication
Experience in managing calendars, travel, and multi-stakeholder coordination
Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity
Comfortable with digital tools (Google Workspace, Notion, CRM, WhatsApp Business, etc.)
