At RemaginU, we build authority for founders, leaders, and businesses through LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp & email funnels. Our work is a mix of strategy, content, and execution—and we’re looking for a Coordinator who can keep everything moving smoothly.

🎯 Role Overview

As a Coordinator, you’ll be the bridge between our clients, creative team, and strategists. Your job is to ensure deadlines are met, communication is clear, and projects move from idea → execution → delivery without leaks.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients for inputs, approvals, and feedback.
• Manage timelines across content calendars, posts, and campaigns.
• Work with designers, writers, and editors to ensure deliverables go out on time.
• Maintain and update project trackers, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
• Support in research & briefs for personal branding content.
• Handle follow-ups (internally & externally) to ensure smooth execution.
• Prepare reports on progress, engagement, and campaign updates.

Requirements

• Strong organizational & multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication—both written & verbal.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn/Instagram/YouTube workflows is a plus.
• Comfort with tools like Google Workspace, Trello/Asana, or CRM platforms.
• Attention to detail & ability to manage multiple accounts/projects at once.
• A proactive mindset—you don’t wait to be told; you follow up and close loops.
