We’re now looking for a Content Creator who lives and breathes social media, understands storytelling, and knows how to craft scripts that hook attention in the first 3 seconds.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for writing engaging scripts for YouTube videos, Shorts, and Instagram Reels, aligned with client goals. You will collaborate with strategists, editors, and designers to turn ideas into impactful content that performs on digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Research industry trends and audience insights to create script ideas for long-form YouTube content, short-form Reels/Shorts, and podcasts.

• Write hooks, storytelling flow, and CTAs for videos in a simple, engaging style.
• Collaborate with the editing team to ensure final content reflects the script vision.
• Repurpose long-form videos into short clips with platform-specific angles.
• Stay updated with platform algorithms, trending formats, and viral content ideas.
• Work with the strategy team to align content with NDFF framework (Needs, Desires, Fears, Frustrations) and client positioning.
• Monitor performance and suggest creative improvements.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in scriptwriting or content creation for YouTube & Instagram.
• Strong command over storytelling, structuring scripts, and writing conversational content.
• Knowledge of YouTube SEO, hashtags, captions, and trends.
• Ability to simplify complex ideas into snappy, attention-grabbing scripts.
• A creative thinker who knows how to balance entertainment and education.
• Bonus: Experience in podcast scripting and LinkedIn content repurposing.
