Job Description

Profile Summary

The incumbent will serve as a strategic partner to the CEO - DLF Hospitality, providing high-level executive support, managing day-to-day priorities, and ensuring seamless coordination across the hospitality business verticals. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders while aligning with the CEO’s vision and business objectives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive executive assistance to the CEO, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, travel coordination, and preparation of agendas, briefs, and presentations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely communication and follow-ups.
  • Support the CEO in business planning, tracking strategic initiatives, and monitoring key project deliverables across hospitality assets (super luxury clubs, premium clubs, hotels, restaurants, wellness).
  • Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Ensure smooth coordination of Board meetings, leadership reviews, and management committees by preparing minutes, maintaining records, and ensuring actionables are closed within timelines.
  • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare briefing materials for the CEO to facilitate decision-making.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion at all times.
  • Assist in monitoring departmental performance dashboards, budgets, and operational updates to keep the CEO informed on key business developments.
  • Proactively identify priorities, manage deadlines, and resolve issues before they escalate to the CEO.
  • In addition to the above duties, undertake any other special assignments or tasks delegated by the CEO or senior leadership.


Qualifications

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
  • 8–12 years of professional experience, with at least 4–5 years as an Executive Assistant/Chief of Staff/EA to CXO in hospitality, luxury, or service-driven industries.
  • Strong business acumen, organizational skills, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, scheduling tools, and business communication platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.
