Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO's schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and organize documents for meetings and presentations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Conduct research and compile reports to assist the CEO in decision-making.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and communication on behalf of the CEO.
  • Assist in project management and follow-up on action items from meetings.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in an executive support role or similar position.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with project management tools and software is a plus.
