Executive Assistant

  • Manage the CEOs calendar, handle internal & external communication on behalf of the CEO while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Record and track all delegated tasks, collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  • Support the CEO in meeting preparation by preparing documents, presentations, and reports as required.
  • Assist in the coordination and execution of projects and initiatives as assigned. 
  • Proactively handling administrative tasks and problem-solving as needed.
  • Coordinate all travel logisticsflights, accommodation, and itinerariesin line with the CEO’s preferences.

Desired Attributes:

  • 2–5 years of experience in executive support or administrative coordination roles.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication and interpersonal skills in English, Hindi, (and Bengali).
  • High level of discretion and integrity in handling sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and communication tools.
  • Ability to adapt quickly, manage competing priorities, and work under pressure.
  • Strong follow-up and coordination mindset with a solution-driven approach.
