Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Executive Assistant, based in Ahmedabad with some flexibility for remote work. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing executive-level administrative tasks, including preparing and managing expense reports, providing support to executives, assisting in communications, business development, finance and handling other administrative duties efficiently. The role also involves coordinating schedules, organizing meetings, and maintaining confidentiality while ensuring smooth workflow and task completion.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Executive Support and Executive Administrative Assistance
• Strong Communication skills to liaise effectively across teams and stakeholders
• Administrative Assistance skills, including excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Proficiency in productivity tools and software
• Prior experience in similar roles is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
