Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars, coordinate meetings, and schedule appointments to optimize time usage.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation as needed.
  • Prepare and review documents such as MOM (Memorandum of Understanding) and other administrative papers.
  • Provide exceptional communication support through email writing, presentation skills, verbal communication, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Utilize advanced MS Excel features to maintain accurate records and reports.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 4-7 years of experience in an executive role or similar position.
  • BCA degree in Computers or equivalent qualification required; relevant certifications preferred.
  • Proficiency in calendar management software like Google Calendar or Outlook; ability to learn new systems quickly.
