Job Description

Role & Responsibility *Job Summary:* We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales to lead our medical equipment sales efforts in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, preferably in the medical equipment industry, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. *Responsibilities:* 1. Special preference will be given to candidates those have done sales of Cardiology Neurology & Urology Medical Equipment's. Example:(ECG, EEG, EMG, PSG, MPM, TMT, Holmium and thulium laser.) 2. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives in the medical equipment market in India. 3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including expanding into new territories and market segments. 4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers. 5. Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales professionals to drive performance and achieve sales goals. 6. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement. 7. Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other departments to develop effective sales and marketing strategies and initiatives. 8. Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and analyses to senior management. *Requirements:* 1. Graduation, Bachelor's degree in business, sales or a related field . 2. Minimum of 2 years+ of experience in Cardiology Neurology & Urology sales. 3. Proven track record of success in medical equipment sales or a related industry. 4. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team. 5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. 6. Knowledge of the Indian healthcare market and regulatory environment is preferred. 7. 2 to 3 years of experience in critical care equipment Sales in government institutions. Drive sales and support business development for the company within the government sector.
