Call for Applications: Executive Assistant (Remote) 📍 Location: Remote 🕒 Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST 💼 Type: Full-Time | Adhoc | Renewable based on performance 💰 Compensation: As per industry standards 📅 Experience Required: 3–4 years Key Responsibilities: Manage and prioritize the executive's calendar, meetings, and travel plans Coordinate internal and external communications, emails, and follow-ups Facilitate smooth interdepartmental communication and coordination Set up Zoom meetings, manage Google Calendar invites, and support Google Classroom activities Submit bills and manage workflow-related forms using Zoho Track self-assigned and delegated tasks through Zoho or internal tools Assist leadership with small day-to-day tasks and ensure nothing falls through the cracks Provide recruitment support (shortlisting, coordination, interview tracking) Act as a liaison between leadership and project heads Follow established SOPs exactly as documented and ensure all tasks are done by the book Maintain professionalism—must be fluent, well-spoken, and confident in both written and verbal communication Handle light administrative duties as needed Mandatory Requirements: 3–4 years of professional experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role Strong hands-on experience with Zoho One (Mail, CRM, Recruit, Writer, Forms, Projects, etc.) Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently in a fully remote setup Preferred (Bonus) Skills: Recruitment coordination or HR support experience Background in admin or operational support Exposure to startup or high-growth environments Show more Show less
