About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations professional to oversee and improve our day-to-day processes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in streamlining workflows, managing vendor and stakeholder communication, ensuring process compliance, and driving operational efficiency to support our business goals. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operational activities and ensure smooth execution across departments Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales Team, HR Team, Digital Marketing) to ensure seamless end-to-end operations Analyze operational performance and implement improvements for cost-efficiency, productivity, and quality Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure team adherence Manage vendor relationships and negotiate service level agreements (SLAs) Monitor inventory levels, supply chain logistics, and procurement (if applicable) Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate regular reports for senior management Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies Support budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning for operational needs Requirements: Any Bachelor’s Degree Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strong attention to detail
