Position Overview: We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Client Acquisition Executive to join our team. The Client Acquisition Executive will be responsible for sourcing and securing job placement opportunities for our students who have completed their IT courses. This role involves vendor management, vendor empanelment, client acquisition, and business development. Key Responsibilities: Client Identification and Engagement: Identify and engage with IT companies that require IT professionals. Build a network of potential clients through various channels such as email outreach, networking events, and company visits. Develop strategies to attract new clients and expand the company’s client base. Vendor Management: Manage relationships with existing vendors and identify new vendors for empanelment. Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors to ensure beneficial partnerships. Monitor vendor performance to ensure they meet the company’s standards and expectations. Vendor Empanelment: Facilitate the process of empaneling new vendors, ensuring they meet the required criteria. Maintain a comprehensive database of vendors, ensuring all information is up-to-date. Develop and implement strategies for effective vendor management and engagement. Requirements Gathering: Understand the specific requirements of clients regarding IT positions they are looking to fill. Collect detailed information about job specifications, technical skills required, and other relevant details. Candidate Sourcing: Work closely with the internal placement team to identify suitable candidates. Match candidates with the client's requirements and create a shortlist of potential candidates. Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients. Act as a liaison between clients and the placement team, ensuring smooth communication and understanding of requirements. Market Research and Reporting: Stay updated with market trends and industry demands. Provide regular reports and updates to the management team regarding client acquisition efforts and outcomes. Business Development: Identify opportunities for business growth and expansion. Develop and implement strategies to enhance the company’s market presence and achieve business development goals. Collaborate with marketing and other teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
