Job Description

Position Overview

Seeking dynamic professionals to drive business growth through new client acquisition and promotion of educational programs to companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Prospecting: Identify and build a pipeline of potential B2B clients.
  • Client Engagement: Initiate contact via calls, emails, and meetings; present services.
  • Relationship Building: Understand client needs and offer solutions; build lasting relationships.
  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver proposals; conduct product demos.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate terms; meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on trends and competition; share insights.
  • Reporting: Maintain sales records and prepare performance reports.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field.
  • Experience: 1–3 years in B2B sales.
  • Skills:
  • Fluent in English (spoken & written)
  • Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Able to work independently and in teams

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift
