Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented Female Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities: Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and online research. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business growth targets. Conduct market research to understand competitors, customer needs, and industry trends. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention. Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and meetings. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions. Key Requirements: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong presentation and client-facing skills. Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Only female candidates will be considered for this role.
