Job Description

Event Production Manager

Key Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end event production, including budgeting, vendor management, venue selection, and on-site coordination.
Collaborate with corporate stakeholders to understand event objectives and tailor productions to align with brand strategies.
Manage teams of event staff, contractors, and suppliers to deliver high-quality experiences on time and within budget.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols, legal requirements, and sustainability standards.

Qualifications and Requirements

Experience: 10+ years minimum in event production, preferably in a corporate setting. Experience with high-profile clients or large-scale events (e.g., 500+ attendees) is essential.

Candidate must be based in or willing to relocate to Kolkata. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends during event seasons.
