Urgent requirement for an experienced Event Production Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of corporate events, including conferences, product launches, team-building activities, and client engagements. Key Responsibilities Oversee end-to-end event production, including budgeting, vendor management, venue selection, and on-site coordination. Manage teams of event staff, contractors, and suppliers to deliver high-quality experiences on time and within budget. Ensure compliance with safety protocols, legal requirements, and sustainability standards. Experience with high-profile clients or large-scale events (e.g., 500+ attendees) is essential. Candidate must be based in or willing to relocate to Kolkata.
