Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Event Sponsorship Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and promoting our event offerings to potential clients. You will work closely with our event planning team to develop tailored sales strategies, manage client relationships, and ensure the successful execution of events. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet event revenue goals. Identify and target new clients, including corporations, associations, and organizations, for event partnerships. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Client Consultation & Needs Assessment: Understand client requirements and propose customized event solutions. Provide clients with accurate and timely event details, including pricing, packages, and event planning services. Lead Generation & Prospecting: Generate new leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events. Maintain and update a robust pipeline of prospective clients. Sales Presentations & Negotiation: Conduct sales presentations and meetings to promote upcoming events and offerings. Negotiate event packages, contracts, and pricing to close deals. Event Coordination & Support: Collaborate with the event planning team to ensure seamless execution of client events. Provide post-event follow-up and ensure client satisfaction for future business opportunities. Reporting & Documentation: Track sales activities and report on progress, forecasts, and outcomes. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales proposals, and contracts. Preferred Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in event sales, event management, or a related field. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Knowledge of the IT industry and trends is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Experience with B2B sales and corporate events.
