We specialize in corporate events, conferences, product launches, exhibitions, and a wide spectrum of marketing communication services. ⸻ Role: Event Sales Specialist – MICE Sales We are looking for a dynamic and driven Event Sales Specialist with expertise in MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) sales. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Connaught Place, New Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and crafting customized event solutions. ⸻ Key Responsibilities: • Identify and generate leads for MICE and event-related sales opportunities • Build, nurture, and manage long-term client relationships • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals • Collaborate with the event planning team to deliver bespoke event experiences • Train and mentor junior sales team members • Monitor and report on sales metrics and performance • Ensure client satisfaction through timely communication and service excellence ⸻ Qualifications: • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills • Proven track record in MICE/event sales and sales leadership • Experience in developing and delivering training programs • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales platforms • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and a team player • Prior experience in the event management or marketing industry is a strong advantage Show more Show less
