Role Overview: Special Event Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and pursue new business opportunities in the events and marketing space.
• Conduct sales meetings, deliver persuasive pitch presentations, and negotiate contracts with prospective clients.
• Maintain and grow strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Collaborate with creative and operations teams to plan, coordinate, and execute events and campaigns.
• Ensure timely, high-quality service that aligns with client expectations.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs consistently.

Qualifications & Skills

• 2–4 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development (experience in the events/entertainment industry preferred).
• Solid understanding and hands-on involvement in event planning and execution.
• Exceptional communication and relationship management skills.
• Strong multitasking abilities, with excellent time management and attention to detail.
• Confident negotiation and deal-closing capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Event Management, or a related field.
