Event Sales Specialist

You will be responsible for generating revenue for the company through sales of Mirchi Activation properties such as Events, Concerts, and Activations. Your main focus will be to generate revenue for partner properties and events (Catalyst) while ensuring the achievement of revenue targets. You will need to ideate and conceptualize new events and properties in line with market opportunities. It is important to align client requirements with relevant properties to provide integrated solutions and ensure incremental business from new client acquisition. Building strong client relationships to anticipate client requirements is also a key aspect of the role. You will be required to ensure 100% collections as per stipulated timelines and provide all documentation related to the event to the finance team. Working closely with the execution manager and finance team to ensure delivery and compliance respectively is crucial. Additionally, you will interact with various external stakeholders such as clients, ad agencies, and execution partners. The ideal candidate should hold a postgraduate degree with 1-5 years of experience in sales, preferably with a background in events. Proficiency in MS Office and a keen understanding of branding/brand management are required technical skills for this role. In terms of personal attributes, we are looking for a self-starter/go-getter who can work under pressure and demonstrate adaptability. Attention to detail is another key attribute that will contribute to success in this role.,
