Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sponsorship Sales Manager to join our growing live entertainment vertical. You will be responsible for identifying and securing brand partnerships and sponsorships for our concerts and IPs, while nurturing long-term relationships with key clients and agencies. Key Responsibilities: Drive revenue through brand partnerships and sponsorships for concerts, live shows, and proprietary IPs. Identify potential clients across sectors and initiate strategic outreach. Develop compelling sales pitches, customized proposals, and partnership decks aligned with client marketing objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in brands and media agencies. Collaborate with internal teams including production, marketing, and content to ensure deliverables are met as per sponsorship agreements. Track industry trends, brand movements, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. Negotiate deals and close sponsorship contracts while ensuring profitability and long-term value. Attend client meetings, events, and networking forums as required. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) in Marketing, Media, or a related field. 5–7 years of experience in sponsorship/brand sales, preferably in media, entertainment, sports, or experiential marketing. Strong network with brands and marketing decision-makers. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Passion for live entertainment, music, and events.
