🎨 We’re Hiring: Event Sales Specialist 📍 Full-Time | On-Site | Noida Key Roles and Responsibilities: Client Acquisition & Lead Generation · Identify and approach potential B2B clients through cold calls, networking, field visits, referrals, and event participation. · Conduct in-person and virtual meetings to pitch corporate event solutions. · Develop and manage a pipeline of qualified leads. Sales Presentations & Consultations · Understand the client’s event needs, budgets, and objectives. · Deliver customized sales pitches and presentations. · Recommend suitable event formats, venues, services, and packages. Relationship Management · Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers. · Act as the primary point of contact from the first meeting through contract signing. · Conduct regular follow-ups and account reviews. Collaboration with Internal Teams · Coordinate with event planning, creative, and operations teams. · Ensure smooth handover of signed projects to event delivery teams. Market & Competitor Analysis · Stay updated with market trends and competitor offerings. · Provide feedback to marketing and strategy teams. Reporting & CRM Management · Maintain client records. · Submit sales reports and revenue forecasts. · Track and achieve sales targets. On-Ground Engagement · Attend industry networking events and expos. · Conduct site visits and venue inspections with clients.
