Event Organizer

Job Summary

:We are seeking a highly organized and creative Event Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute a wide range of events, from corporate meetings and conferences to promotional and social events. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating exceptional event experiences, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and execute all aspects of events, including venue selection, budgeting, vendor management, logistics, staffing, and on-site execution.Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, operations) to align event objectives with company goals.Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.Manage event budgets and ensure events are delivered within scope and on time.Oversee marketing and promotional efforts for events, including digital and social media campaigns, invitations, and press releases.Ensure all necessary permits, insurance, and compliance requirements are met.Manage event registration, ticketing platforms, and attendee communications.Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and report on ROI and attendee satisfaction.Handle unexpected situations or problems calmly and efficiently during events.Maintain relationships with vendors, venues, and other external partners.

Qualifications

:Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).3+ years of experience in event planning and management.Proven track record of managing successful events, from conception to completion.Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency in event management software and tools (e.g., Eventbrite, Cvent, Trello, Asana).Budget management experience.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, depending on event schedules.

:Experience with virtual/hybrid event platforms.Familiarity with graphic design or marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).Certification in Event Planning or Project Management (e.g., CMP, PMP) is a plus.
