Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Event Organizer to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about planning and executing events that enhance community engagement and brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and execute in-house events, community meetups, and workshops to foster engagement among members.
• Collaborate with external partners and brands for networking sessions, panel discussions, and collaboration events.
• Manage end-to-end event logistics — including venue setup, vendor coordination, catering, AV setup, and ensuring an excellent event experience.
• Create and maintain an annual events calendar aligned with company and community goals.
• Work closely with the marketing team to promote events and increase participation.
• Ensure timely execution and smooth management of all on-ground activities during events.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Experience: 0–1 year in event coordination, operations, or related field (freshers with strong interest in events may apply).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively under deadlines.
• Energetic, proactive, and team-oriented approach.
• Willingness to work during weekends or extended hours during events.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
