You are joining an emerging event management and design studio, Project B, that focuses on creating personal and thoughtfully crafted gatherings. The company specializes in small, intimate events and emphasizes handmade elements, unique backdrops, and meaningful experiences. As Project B is in a phase of growth and constant learning, they are seeking individuals who are eager to contribute to their journey from the very beginning. Key Responsibilities: - Ideation, planning, and coordination for events - Managing timelines, logistics, client needs, vendor conversations, and ensuring smooth execution on the ground - Hands-on involvement in building and creating backdrops, props, and installations - Supporting final setup and execution of events Qualifications Required: - Creative mindset with a strong design thinking approach - Craft and fabrication skills - Proficiency in Procreate and Canva is preferred - Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle intense schedules - Willingness to travel within Delhi & NCR, attend meetings, and work on-ground - Proactive, hardworking, and solution-oriented mindset - Proficiency in English is preferred, with knowledge of Hindi considered helpful Project B is offering two flexible, project-based positions with a 2-month paid trial period. The stipend during the trial period ranges from 5,000 to 7,000 per month, with potential for long-term growth within the company.
