Event Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Indore for an Event Manager at SMT Labs Private Limited. The Event Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing various events ranging from corporate meetings to large-scale conferences. Day-to-day tasks include selecting venues, coordinating with vendors, managing event budgets, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and handling event logistics. They will also be required to develop event themes, create event marketing strategies, and oversee the setup and teardown of events to ensure everything runs smoothly.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple events/projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in event management software and tools
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with event marketing strategies and promotional activities
• Knowledge of budgeting and financial management
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field
• Prior work experience in a similar role is preferred
