About the Role
As an ERPNext Functional Consultant, you will play a key role in helping our clients implement and optimize ERPNext. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, configure ERPNext functionalities, and provide ongoing training and support.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements.
• Configure and customize ERPNext modules (Finance, Manufacturing, CRM, etc.) to meet specific business needs.
• Work closely with the internal development team to deliver custom modules or solutions tailored to specific client needs.
• Provide post-implementation support, including troubleshooting, system updates, and performance enhancements.
• Develop and implement data migration plans.
• Train and support clients on ERPNext functionalities.
• Maintain a deep understanding of ERPNext best practices and stay updated on new features and releases.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with industry regulations during ERP implementations.
• Participate in system upgrades, patches, and migrations, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.
• Document processes and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field (MBA in Finance preferred).
• 0-3 years of experience in ERP implementation and configuration (ERPNext experience a plus).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Experience with business process analysis and reengineering.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Top-notch communication, written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
