ERP Next Developer

Rapifuzz is seeking an experienced ERPNext Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERPNext development, customization, and implementation. You will play a critical role in optimizing our ERP systems to align with business needs and drive operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and implement ERPNext modules to meet business requirements.
• Integrate ERPNext with third-party applications and APIs.
• Conduct requirement analysis and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Perform system upgrades, bug fixes, and performance tuning.
• Design and implement custom scripts, reports, and workflows within ERPNext.
• Provide user training and support, ensuring smooth adoption of ERP systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
• Maintain thorough documentation of development processes and configurations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in ERPNext development and customization.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and Frappe framework.
• Strong understanding of ERPNext architecture and module development.
• Experience with database management (MySQL).
• Knowledge of REST APIs and web services.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in implementing ERPNext for manufacturing, finance, or HR modules.
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
• Strong project management skills.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹340,594.79 - ₹1,424,728.08 per year
