Key Responsibilities:

• Code review
• POC concepts
• Hands on in development
• Software architecture
• Technical documentation – including but not limited to Swagger, BRD reviews
• Managing team and projects – task allocation and sprint planning
• JIRA
• Lead and mentor a diverse team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Develop and execute the engineering strategy in alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of robust, scalable, and secure software solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Sales, and Marketing, to deliver high-quality products that meet market needs.
• Drive best practices in software development, including code reviews, testing, and documentation.
• Ensure the timely delivery of projects while maintaining high standards of quality and performance.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to keep Rapifuzz at the forefront of cybersecurity innovation.
• Manage engineering budgets, resources, and timelines effectively.
• Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to drive the success of our engineering initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 14-16 years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on both back-end and front-end technologies.
• At least 5 years of experience in above mentioned technologies. Minimum team size 6 plus. And minimum 5 years of experience in leadership.
• Python plus Django rest framework, Java plus Springboot and frontend in Java and React JS.
• Candidates having experience in both technologies will be given preference.
• Creating plug ins.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality software products on time and within budget.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the cybersecurity industry.
• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
