VP Engineering

As the VP of Engineering, you will lead a disciplined, scrappy, and effective Engineering team. Reporting directly to the Founders, you will play a crucial role in shaping the evolution of the product and the overall growth of the company. Key Responsibilities: - Build, mentor, and guide a high-performing engineering team, promoting a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. - Develop and oversee technically complex products throughout the entire product life cycle. - Serve as a technical thought leader, representing the company at industry conferences, events, and forums. - Participate in high-level technical decisions alongside the CTO, engaging in design and product discussions to represent developers. - Manage engineering personnel, budgets, and processes, by eliminating obstacles and enhancing execution and quality continuously. Qualifications Required: - Experience managing and leading a team of 50+ engineers. - Deep technical expertise in areas such as Mobile, Cloud, or Data Science. - Enthusiasm about fostering a great engineering culture, nurturing the growth of engineers, and constructing world-class engineering teams.,
