About the Role

We are actively seeking a Frappe Framework and ERPNext Developer to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in customizing, developing, and deploying ERPNext modules using the Frappe Framework. You will collaborate with internal teams to deliver business-driven solutions and streamline ERP processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Customize and develop new features in ERPNext using the Frappe Framework.
• Create and maintain custom apps, forms, workflows, and reports.
• Write efficient server-side and client-side scripts using Python and JavaScript.
• Handle data import/export, migration, and system configurations.
• Integrate third-party APIs and external tools within ERPNext.
• Work with Git, Bench, and Linux-based deployment environments.
• Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and convert them into functional solutions.
• Debug issues, perform root cause analysis, and ensure system performance and stability.

Must-Have Skills

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with Frappe Framework and ERPNext.
• Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and Jinja templates.
• Experience in building custom apps and ERP modules.
• Familiarity with Bench CLI, Git, and basic Linux commands.
• Understanding of key ERP modules such as HR, CRM, Accounting, Inventory, etc.
• Solid understanding of database concepts and experience with MariaDB/MySQL.

Good to Have

• Experience in REST API integrations.
• Knowledge of Docker, Nginx, and production deployment best practices.
• Contributions to Frappe/ERPNext open-source community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Candidates with strong Python development skills and a keen interest in learning ERPNext / Frappe Framework are also encouraged to apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
