Inside Sales Executive (Education)

We are looking for a motivated In-side Sales Executive to join our team to promote and enrol students in our Data Science, Data Analyst, and Full Stack Development courses. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling both cold and warm leads through inbound and outbound calls, assisting counsellors, and maintaining smooth coordination with the counselling team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound cold calls to potential students to promote our courses.
• Handle inbound calls from interested candidates and provide basic course information.
• Assist the counsellors in follow-up calls and lead nurturing.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, student inquiries, and follow-ups in the CRM.
• Coordinate efficiently with the counselling and sales team for seamless enrolment processes.
• Understand student needs and guide them to the appropriate course.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and enrolment targets.

Key Skills Required:

• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or regional languages.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and continue with a positive attitude.
• Basic knowledge of Data Science, Data Analytics, and Full Stack Development courses (training will be provided if required).
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 6 months to 1 year of telecalling experience (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply).
• Experience in education sales, ed-tech, or training institutes will be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
