Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain ERP Next modules to meet business requirements.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrations with third-party applications.
• Optimize and enhance Python-based back-end logic for performance and scalability.
• Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements.
• Ensure code quality by writing unit tests, documentation, and best coding practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ERP Next and related applications.
• Deploy and maintain ERP systems, ensuring security and compliance standards.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Python development, with at least 2+ years in ERP Next.
• Strong understanding of ERP Next framework, Frappe, and custom app development.
• Hands-on experience with MariaDB/MySQL, JavaScript, jQuery, and Bootstrap.
• Experience in integrating third-party services/APIs and building custom workflows.
• Proficiency in Git, Docker, and Linux environments.
• Knowledge of server-side scripting, performance tuning, and system security.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, agile development environment.
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience with bench commands, site management, and multi-tenant ERP Next setups.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for ERP hosting.
• Knowledge of HR, Finance, Inventory, CRM, or Manufacturing modules in ERP Next.
