Role Overview:

ERP Implementation Executive with IT Executive experience

Key Responsibilities:

ERP Implementation & Support:

• Lead end-to-end implementation of ST-ERP or other ERP platforms.
• Analyze business requirements across departments (Production, Inventory, Sales, Finance).
• Configure ERP modules and customize workflows to meet operational and reporting needs.
• Develop, test, and maintain SQL queries for reports, validation, and process efficiency.
• Coordinate with ERP vendors for feature enhancements and customizations.
• Support data migration, end-user training, and documentation.
• Troubleshoot ERP issues and support end-users.
• Ensure smooth go-live transition and ongoing support.

IT Executive:

• Maintain server infrastructure and troubleshoot server-related issues.
• Manage Network-Attached Storage (NAS) systems for data security and accessibility.
• Oversee firewall configurations and network security measures.
• Handle installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems.
• Monitor system performance, updates, backups, and security protocols.
• Support Microsoft SQL Server operations, backup plans, and performance optimization.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 2–4 years of ERP implementation experience, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Practical experience with ERP systems ST-ERP.
• Proficiency in SQL and relational database systems.
• Strong understanding of engineering and manufacturing business processes.
• Experience with server administration, NAS, firewalls, and system configuration.
• Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server and enterprise network infrastructure.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendors.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in ERP customization with vendor collaboration.
• Exposure to ISO processes, quality systems, or shop floor automation.
