Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Prayagraj for the position of Equity Advisor. The Equity Advisor will provide clients with investment guidance and portfolio management support, ensuring tailored financial solutions to meet client goals. Daily responsibilities include offering customer service support, analyzing financial data, advising on investment strategies, executing trades, and promoting financial products and services to drive sales and client engagement. The role is client-focused and requires maintaining strong relationships in a fast-paced financial environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Customer Service with strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
• Solid understanding of Investments and Finance, with the ability to analyze financial data and market trends
• Experience in Sales and promoting financial products and services effectively
• Knowledge in Portfolio Management, including investment analysis and asset allocation strategies
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the financial services sector and relevant certifications (e.g., NISM certifications) are an advantage
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
