Key Responsibilities: Identify and understand customer needs to recommend suitable tooling solutions. Present and demonstrate technical products to prospective customers. Generate and manage sales enquiries, follow up on leads, and convert prospects. Prepare and present detailed technical proposals including specifications, pricing, and delivery schedules. Collaborate with internal teams and machine builders to deliver end-to-end tooling solutions. Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business. Negotiate commercial terms and close sales in alignment with company policies. Desired Candidate Profile: Education: Diploma (DME) or Bachelors Degree (BE/AMIE) in Mechanical Engineering Experience: 2 to 10 years in sales or technical support in the cutting tools industry Industry Knowledge: Strong technical knowledge in round tools (solid carbide and PCD), machining processes, and application engineering Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to understand technical drawings and machining parameters Strong presentation and proposal-writing abilities Self-motivated and target-driven Willingness to travel within the assigned territory Compensation: Competitive salary in the range of 4 to 10 Lakhs CTC, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
