Job Summary

Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with diagnostic centres, radiology groups, hospitals, and healthcare providers.
Leverage existing network and build strong relationships with key decision-makers to drive revenue growth.
Understand client requirements and propose tailored business solutions aligned with healthcare workflows.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and partnerships while ensuring long-term client satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless onboarding and client support.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the healthcare/tele-radiology space.

Mandatory Requirements

Minimum
5+ years of experience
in Business Development / Sales within the
Healthcare domain
.
Proven track record of selling products or services to
diagnostic centres, hospitals, or healthcare providers
.
Strong
network and connections
with decision-makers in the healthcare ecosystem.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to understand healthcare workflows and create customized solutions.

Preferred Requirements

Prior experience in the
Tele-Radiology domain
will be a strong plus.
Experience in selling
healthcare/diagnostic solutions, medical equipment, or related services
.
