Job Description

Role & responsibilities Technical • Modifying, revising and creating pitch books and documents in PowerPoint and Word and transforming drafts to Client-ready Presentations adhering to Style guide provided by client • Ensuring all work is completed as per the instructions specified and as per the clients expectations • Adhering to estimates and deadlines for completion of job • Operate as per the defined workflow processes and standard Operating procedures • Ensure accurate record keeping and time tracking and follow proper document management system Functional • Maintain organizational and client confidentiality • Positive attitude and excellent eye for details • Good verbal and written English communication skills • Take ownership of one’s roles and responsibilities • Professional approach to problem solving and task completion • Ability to work without close supervision • Willingness to work in rotational shifts (including weekend shifts) • Adhere to Clients compliance and business etiquette's Preferred candidate profile
