Job Title: Field Sales Engineer - Ingersoll Rand (IR) Pneumatic Tools & Karcher Cleaning Equipment Job Location: Vadodara, Gujarat Openings: 1 About the Role We are seeking a motivated Field Sales Engineer to drive sales of Ingersoll Rand (IR) Industrial Tools and Karcher Professional Cleaning Equipment in Vadodara. The candidate must be comfortable with frequent field visits, customer meetings and product demonstrations. Key Responsibilities Develop new business opportunities and expand customer base in the assigned territory. Meet clients regularly (5-6 days per week on field) to understand requirements and offer the right solutions. Demonstrate IR Tools and Karcher Cleaning Equipment at customer sites. Achieve monthly sales targets through active lead generation, follow-ups, and negotiations. Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat and referral business. Share regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitor updates. Coordinate with the service team for after-sales support. Qualifications & Skills Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (preferred). 1-5 years of field sales experience in industrial equipment/tools/cleaning machines. (Freshers with strong technical aptitude are welcome). Must own a two-wheeler/four-wheeler with a valid driving license. Strong communication and presentation skills.
