Open Position- Independent ESG Consultant (WCF)

Are you passionate about sustainability, climate action, and ESG frameworks? Join WOTR Consulting Forum as an Independent ESG Consultant, where youll work independently in ESG Assessments, visits, training and preparing reports on Carbon, GHG emission calculations and develop frameworks etc., for our clients. Should be able deliver independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and implement ESG/Sustainability Reporting (GRI, CDP, IR, SASB, BRSR, DJSI, UNGC, etc.)
• Execute GHG Emissions (Scope 1, 2, 3) calculations as per international protocols
• Drive Carbon-related projects (Carbon Management, Neutrality, Sequestration)
• Contribute to Sustainability Frameworks, ESG Roadmaps, Climate Risk Assessments
• Conduct ESG research and manage special initiatives for clients
• Evaluate environmental impact: carbon footprint, energy use, waste, water, air quality
• Support Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) and Product Carbon Footprint studies
• Understand Eco Vadis and CDP ratings

• Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelors/ Masters in Sustainability, Environmental Science
• 5-7 years of hands-on experience in ESG and Sustainability is mandatory
• Excellent research, analytical, and written communication skills
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power Point
• Detail-oriented with a proactive, can-do attitude
